What is the Easy Mode Method?

The Easy Mode Method is Ryan Hanley's framework for rebuilding a leader's life and business around the work they are built for. It helps operators identify where they are running in hard mode, remove low-leverage drag, and redesign decisions, time, team, and growth around durable strengths.

The core idea

Easy Mode does not mean easy work or small ambition. It means building around the work that creates disproportionate energy, trust, and results. The method starts by finding where a high-performing operator is forcing hard mode through misaligned work, unclear choices, or systems that depend too much on them.

How it connects to coaching

In coaching, the method becomes practical. Ryan uses it to diagnose current drag, identify the leader's highest-leverage work, and turn that insight into changes in calendar, delegation, offer, pricing, communication, and decision rhythm.
