Who Is Ryan Hanley?

At twelve years old, Ryan was waking up at 5AM and digging through his neighbors' blue recycling bins in 20-degree Albany winters — collecting five-cent bottle deposits while everyone else slept. His friends laughed. The neighbors yelled. He had more money than all of them. That was his first lesson in execution over status.

At 38, a CEO told him across a mahogany desk: “I thought you'd have realized by now — we didn't hire you for your opinion.” That was the day Ryan realized he'd spent years building someone else's vision, calling it his career. He walked out, built Rogue Risk from scratch, and developed the Human-Optimized Business model that SIAA acquired in 2022 — not for the company, for the IP.
