After 22 years in the insurance industry, Tracy is still excited about what she does. She loves taking care of people – and that is what insurance does. Over the years Tracy has worked as a customer service rep, team leader, consultant, trainer, sales agent, and even started her career in underwriting. Tracy’s focus is farm to fork – including farms, agribusiness, food manufacturers, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and everything in between.
Tracy is the founder and leader of McDowell Marketing Masterminds and serves on the board for the Marion Business Association as immediate past president (president 2017-18). She is also a volunteer for Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project and WNC Cheese Trail and is a Neighborhood Champion for Shop Small Saturday since 2013.
